Bar Kut Teh
Meaty pork rib simmered in broth of herbs and spices that include cinnamon, star anise, dang gui, cloves, fennel seeds and garlic for hours. Additional ingredients such as choy sum, mushroom, pieces of dried tofu or fried tofu puffs can be added. Dark or light sauce can be added in the soup, depend on your own preference.
