Thin rice noodles with spicy, sour and sweet gravy. Hard boiled egg is one of the ingredients you can find in Mee Siam. It is eaten together with the sambal chilli.

Satay
Bundles stick of different meats, mainly chicken, mutton, beef and goat. Consumers can choose their preferred meat. It is dipped in the spicy and sweet peanut sauce and normally accompanied with ketupat (malay rice), cucumber and chopped onion.

Rendang
Meat that is cooked in coconut milk and spices for several hours. The meats are normally beef and occasionally chicken, duck, mutton, water buffalo or vegetables like jackfruit. Rendang can be dried or wet.
